Isotonitazene 5-Amine is a benzimidazole derivative with strong opioid effects. Isotonitazene 5-amine showed activity with a strong binding potential on both the MOR and KOR ligand sites. It was determined to have around the same potential for action as Isotonitazene itself. And, with a longer duration for action due to a discriminatory half life extension which was not intentionally proposed during synthesis.
