Domestic US Shipping

Our domestic shipping price is a flat rate of $12 for 2-3 day priority shipping. We will use any of those above carriers, but we may also use DHL on occasion. Orders go out daily. However, you must as a rule of thumb wait 2-3 days before expecting a tracking number. It can take up to 3 days to finish processing your order. If your order is coming from another country than it will usually go out the same day or next day. We aim to ship almost everything out of our own inventory as much as we can.

On days when you are the ONLY person ordering is when you will get your package the fastest because it will go out the same day unless you ordered after 2pm. Than it’s going to be next day. If you have waited for 8 days and your package still hasn’t arrived? We encourage you to launch a ticket in case we might have forgotten about you. If we sent it and something occurred that was outside of your control by that I mean you were not at fault (you are entitled to ×1 FREE RESHIP). However if you were at fault? Like, you put in your address wrong for example. The ×1 FREE RESHIP will not apply to you.

International Shipping

International Shipping usually means it is an item that was ordered from our Laboratory out of the country. But, you won’t have to pay for international shipping. You still do have to pay for the domestic drop shipping charge. You get our tracking information whenever you order an item that is not directly coming from us. Than, you get a second tracking number after the package clears customs and we’re sending it out to you.

International Shipping usually takes 7-10 days. You will have to wait for a total of 21 days before you can apply for a reshipment. If 21 days has passed and the package still hasn’t made it to us, we will supply you with a ×1 FREE reshipment on the basis that the package was seized. If the second package gets seized as well unfortunately you will have to eat the cost.
